Life & Specialty Ventures to acquire LifeMap from Cambia Health.

Life & Specialty Ventures, an ancillary insurance company, agreed to acquire LifeMap, a provider of a digital therapeutics platform, from Cambia Health, a provider of health insurance solutions to individuals and families in the United States.
