VSS Capital completed the investment in Barrier Companies.

VSS Capital, a private equity firm, completed its investment in Barrier Companies, a life safety and containment services provider. The investment had participation from investors Lincolnshire Management and WP Global Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We believe there is a considerable backlog of FLS inspections and repair services that will need to be completed this year by hospitals and healthcare facilities to remain compliant with CMS.
