Eurofins to acquire A Test Lab Techno.

Eurofins, an international group of laboratories, agreed to acquire A Test Lab Techno, a provider of a wide range of services, focusing on telecommunications and information technology products. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition of ATL follows on from the recent development of the wireless lab in Santa Clara, California. The addition of the expertise, facilities and services delivered by ATL will benefit customers’ of Eurofins E&E globally, regardless of location. Eurofins E&E is expanding its capabilities worldwide and is fully committed to working with international clients worldwide in their wireless journey, supporting them throughout via the extensive network of E&E labs in North America, Europe and Asia.
