Alpine Investors-backed Orion Group to aqcuire Air Comfort.

Alpine Investors-backed Orion Group, a commercial facility services business, agreed to aqcuire Air Comfort, a commercial HVAC services company based in Chicago, Illinois. Financial terms were not disclosed.
