Rhône-Alpes PME and Albarest Partners to acquire AIRRIA from Olivier Coin.

Two private equity funds Rhône-Alpes PME and Albarest Partners agreed to acquire AIRRIA, a provider of installation and maintenance services for digital infrastructure catering to operators, integrators and constructors, from Olivier Coin. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Positioned at the outset in IT / IT services, AIRRIA has been able to innovate to diversify, particularly in the installation of Telecom solutions and energy efficiency and security equipment. These developments have led the company to strengthen itself by welcoming new talented executives, to whom the founder wanted to hand over the reins to lead it to new horizons," Médéric Gaillard, Albarest Partners Partner.
