The Riverside Company completed the acquisition of a minority stake in CIS Secure computing.

The Riverside Company, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in CIS Secure Computing, an IT services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are thrilled to be partnering with HKW and the CIS team to help expand the company’s product line, especially for remote devices, as the number of these devices – and the potential for a cybersecurity threat – continue to grow,” Jeffrey Gordon, The Riverside Company Partner.
