EQT-backed Iver to acquire ELITS.

EQT-backed Iver, a firm that develops, packages and delivers IT services that provide digital competitive advantages and enable innovation, agreed to acquire ELITS, a consulting and competence companiy in IT operations for organizations with demanding infrastructure and high demands on security and compliance. Financial terms were not disclosed. "As part of Iver, we will accelerate our growth. Our experience from delivering IT operations in large organizations with extremely high demands and expertise in cloud-based infrastructure and new ways of working are key components when we help our customers in their digital transformation and agile transition.
