Corten Capital completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Matrix42 from EMERAM Capital Partners.

Corten Capital, a specialist B2B technology investment firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Matrix42, a provider of Digital Workspace Management software, from EMERAM Capital Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Matrix42 is a perfect fit for Corten’s operationally focused investment approach.
