Five V Capital to acquire Annex Foods.

Five V Capital, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire Annex Foods, a provider of food product development, procurement, contract manufacturing and packing services. Financial terms were not disclosed. Annex Foods is the founder and owner of oats, granola and snacking brand Red Tractor Foods and its freshly launched brand, Raise the Bar. The company also bought Oregon-based granola business Hammer & Tuffy’s halfway through last year.
