Finance Zealand completed the acquisition of a 40% stake in Erhvervs Webdesign.

Finance Zealand, a Danish investment fund, completed the acquisition of a 40% stake in Erhvervs Webdesign, a company that specializes in website development and digital marketing for small and medium-sized companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The company's success is a result of good management, well-developed and disciplined sales processes as well as efficient production setup. We have assessed that Erhvervs Webdesign has a scalable business model, and is the best platform for future expansion in Denmark. We therefore have a strong belief in the company's future development and continued growth," Peter Sønderlyng, Finance Zealand Partner.
