BBGI Global Infrastructure, a large publicly listed investment company dedicated to infrastructure investments, agreed to acquire Folera TH, the developer of two recreation facilities and 100 affordable residential units across two sites in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. Financial terms were not disclosed.
