EW Healthcare Partners, a private healthcare investment firm, completed its acquisition of a majority stake in Laboratoires Majorelle, a French specialty pharma company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Our team up with EW is a powerful combination to seize the many growth opportunities we see ahead of us and achieve our ambitions in France and international markets," Mehdi el Glaoui, Majorelle Founder.
