SERO completed the acquisition of Solid Semecs.

SERO, an electronics manufacturer in Rohrbach, Palatinate, Germany, completed the acquisition of Solid Semecs, an independent, Dutch, high-end Electronic Manufacturing Services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Through the acquisition of Semecs, additional production capacities, a strengthening of the market position through higher purchasing volumes and new skills were gained," Semecs.
