Credo Partners completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Tellus Caravan & Fritid.

Credo Partners, a investment firm in Norway for value creation in small and medium sized companies, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Tellus Caravan & Fritid, the Nordic region's largest network of motorhome and caravan dealers. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Motorhomes and camping are a fantastic way to experience Norway and the Nordics, and are a growing part of our culture. Tellus will become a leading player in the Nordics and a robust partner and contributor to the further professionalization and development of the industry.
