Senko Group Holdings completed the acquisition of a majority stake in AirRoad.

Senko Group Holdings, a logistics company, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in AirRoad, a provider of trucking services. Financial terms were not disclosed. By partnering with AirRoad, Senko will expand its 3PL business, combining AirRoad’s high-quality distribution service and Senko’s warehousing and logistics capability. Existing AirRoad logistics customers will benefit from the larger organisation and through the provision of higher quality, efficient and effective logistics services with the added value of Senko’s global logistics networks.
