NEP Group completed the acquisition of Stoneroos.

NEP Group, a provider of outsourced teleproduction services, completed the acquisition of Stoneroos, accessible User Interfaces, iTV software and multi-screen solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We’re very happy to add Stoneroos to our portfolio.
