Investindustrial-backed Lifebrain completed the acquisition of Unilabs Italia from backed Unilabs Group.

Investindustrial-backed Lifebrain , a group active in laboratory analysis and diagnostics services, completed the acquisition of Unilabs Italia, a holding company, from backed Unilabs Group, med labs group. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction allowed Lifebrain to consolidate and strengthen its widespread presence in Piedmont and to continue a path of growth and consolidation that has led it to be present in 17 regions with over 320 centres.
