Triton Pacific Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Genesis Healthcare Partners.

Triton Pacific Capital Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Genesis Healthcare Partners, an independent urology group. Financial terms were not disclosed. “UPA represents a unique opportunity to develop a preeminent platform in markets with highly attractive characteristics.
