Booz Allen Hamilton, an American management and information technology consulting firm, completed the acquisition of Liberty IT Solutions, an information technology and services firm, from William Greene, Christopher Bickell and Jeff Denniston for $725m. “This acquisition is directly on strategy and will fuel our growth.
