Norconsult, a multidisciplinary consultancy firm, completed the acquisition of RUBOW Arkitekter, a construction services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Denmark is an important market for Norconsult. With the skilled employees from RUBOW arkitekter, we will not only have a stronger position in Denmark, but also in the entire Nordic region. This will create positive synergies throughout the group, and the acquisition is entirely in line with our strategy to expand our Nordic footprint.
