Astorg Partners to acquire Solina from Ardian.

Astorg Partners, a private equity firm, is set to acquire Solina, a European manufacturer of ingredient and seasoning blends for the food industry, from Ardian. Financial terms were not disclosed. "I would like to thank the management team for their forward thinking and ambitious external growth strategy which has led us to this great success.
