Resource Partners to acquire a majority stake in Buglo.

Resource Partners, a private equity investor, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Buglo, a manufacturer of playgrounds. Financial terms were not disclosed. “I am very happy that we will have the opportunity to support such a dynamic and innovative company as Buglo.
