ODP, a company providing business services, products, and digital workplace technology solutions, terminated its spin-off of Grand & Toy, a Canadian office supplies retailer, and its business solutions division. The company's board unanimously determined it would be in the best interests of the company and shareholders not to divest the consumer business at this time, ODP said.
