Oaktree Capital-backed Unavets Healthcare, an independent veterinary clinic, completed the acquisition of Piélagos veterinary clinic. Financial terms were not disclosed. With this new addition, UNAVETS has a total of 32 veterinary centers, 13 in Spain and 19 in Portugal, continuing its rapid expansion. "The incorporation of the Piélagos veterinary hospital and its team of professionals allows us to continue expanding our high standards of medical care and customer treatment in northern Spain," Jaime Díaz, UNAVETS Marketing Director.
