Oaktree Capital-backed Unavets Healthcare, an independent veterinary clinic, completed the acquisition of Piélagos veterinary clinic. Financial terms were not disclosed. With this new addition, UNAVETS has a total of 32 veterinary centers, 13 in Spain and 19 in Portugal, continuing its rapid expansion.
