MFA Financial, a real estate investment trust, completed the acquisition of Lima One Capital, a real estate company offering flip loan, rental loan, and rehab loan services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are pleased to acquire the Lima One platform and to welcome the entire Lima One team to MFA.
