Stoneshield Capital, a real estate fund manager, completed the acquisition of Residencia Universitaria Rector Estanislao del Campo, a student residence in Seville. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction consisted of the sale of 100% of the shares of the company Ruescampus Sevilla, whose activity consists of the exploitation by the concession of the Rector Estanislao del Campo University Residence, an official residence of the University of Seville, to the manager Stoneshield.
