TA Associates, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in InCorp Global, a provider of professional corporate solutions, from EQT, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We believe InCorp is well-positioned to meet the needs of companies and entrepreneurs looking to scale their businesses across the rapidly growing Asian market, and we look forward to continuing the expansion of InCorp’s network and service capabilities globally," Andrew Tay, TA Associates Principal.
