Crédit Mutuel Equity and BNP Paribas Développement to invest in INTM Group.

Crédit Mutuel Equity, a private equity firm, and BNP Paribas Développement, an investment company, agreed to invest in INTM Group, a specialist in consulting and in digital services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The digital services consulting market remains very fragmented and not all players are going through the current period with the same adaptability. Faced with clients who always expect more expertise and flexibility from their consulting partners, now is the time for consolidation. With a robust and agile business model based 50-50 on technical assistance and transformation into service centers, INTM has a real role to play," Georges Awad, INTM Founding Manager.
