Capgemini to acquire the SAP global services line of Multibook.

Capgemini, a multinational IT services and consulting company, agreed to acquire the SAP global services line of Multibook, a premier provider of ERP and SAP implementation and consulting services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Being part of Capgemini will enable us to offer our clients the appropriate scale to transform globally, as well as new growth and career opportunities for our people," Tadaaki Murayama, Multibook CEO.
