Blue Sea Capital completed an investment in Abrasive Technology.

Blue Sea Capital, a private equity firm, completed an investment in Abrasive Technology, a provider of superabrasive products for the dental, aerospace, medical and industrial end markets. Financial terms were not disclosed.
