Trilantic-backed Outdoor Living Supply completed the acquisition of Geo. Schofield Co.

Trilantic-backed Outdoor Living Supply, a distribution platform for outdoor living products with a focus on hardscapes, completed the acquisition of Geo. Schofield Co, a hardscapes distributor specializing in natural stone. Financial terms were not disclosed.
