The Ardonagh Group to acquire Usay.

The Ardonagh Group, a provider of insurance brokerage services, agreed to acquire Usay, a consumer personal medical insurance broker. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Usay is a business we have long admired, so we are thrilled to be announcing our intentions to bring them into the family, expanding our offering in the health arena and unlocking opportunities for innovation," Rob Worrell, Ardonagh Group CEO.
