The Riverside Company-backed LMG Holdings, a provider of ignition interlock devices, completed the acquisition of Alcohol Monitoring Systems, a provider of technology-enabled monitoring solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to combine these complementary, industry-leading platforms.
