Auckland Racing Club to merge with Counties Racing Club in a $132m deal.

Auckland Racing Club, a New-Zeland-based racecourse, agreed to merge with Counties Racing Club, a premiere and unique racing property, in a $132m deal. The merger would see the formation of Auckland Turf Club as the new identity with all major race meetings held at Ellerslie while Pukekohe Park will be used for more industry-level race days.
