Seamless Distribution Systems completed the acquisition of Riaktr from Gimv NV, Endeit Capital and Fortino Capital Partners.

Seamless Distribution Systems, a Swedish international software company that specializes in mobile payment services for mobile operators, distributors, retailers, and consumers, completed the acquisition of Riaktr, a Belgian scale-up specialized in big data software for telecom, from Gimv NV, Endeit Capital and Fortino Capital Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This is great news for Riaktr. Over the last few years, Riaktr has developed two products which are now mature and ready to scale across different markets.
