Alliant Strategic Investments and Nuveen Real Estate completed the acquisition of Riverstone Apartments for $94m.

Alliant Strategic Investments, an investment firm, and Nuveen Real Estate, a manager of real estate funds and mandates, completed the acquisition of Riverstone Apartments, an affordable housing community, for $94m. "Alliant Strategic Investments appreciates our partnership with Nuveen on the purchase of the Riverstone Apartments. This investment allows us to extend the life of an important affordable housing asset.
