Centroid Investment, a Seoul-based private equity firm, agreed to acquire TaylorMade Golf Company, a provider of sporting and athletic goods, from KPS Capital Partners, an investment company, for $1.6bn. “TaylorMade Golf is a transformational investment for Centroid.
