SRM Concrete, a provider of concrete, completed the acquisition of 24 concrete plants in Dallas from Grupo Argos, a Colombian conglomerate with large investments in the cement and energy industries. Financial terms were not disclosed. Argos called the sale an ‘important milestone’ in the fulfilment of its non-strategic asset divestment plan.
