Dye & Durham completed the acquisition of Terrafirma for £12m.

Dye & Durham, a cloud-based software company, completed the acquisition, of Terrafirma, a workflow software provider, for £12m. "This acquisition is consistent with our stated objective of expanding within the ecosystems in which we operate, and in this case, brings onto our platform mission critical aspects of the UK property transaction process," Matt Proud, Dye & Durham CEO.
