Kallista Energy completed the acquisition of a 40% stake in Windpark Oostflakkee.

Kallista Energy, an independent French renewable energy producer, completed the acquisition of a 40% stake in Windpark Oostflakkee, a Dutch-based wind farm. Financial terms were not disclosed. The construction of Windpark Oostflakkee started in April 2020. The 32 MW wind farm consists of eight wind turbines and a 33kV/50kV transformer station. It will provide sufficient sustainable energy for more than 35.000 households and thus contribute to the sustainable ambitions of Goeree-Overflakkee.
