Sole Source Capital-backed Peak-Ryzex, a value-added reseller of barcoding and data collection solutions across North America, completed the acquisition of Bar Code Direct, a value-added reseller of AIDC solutions for the manufacturing, retail, consumer, and healthcare end-markets.
