Fidelis Cybersecurity completed the acquisition of CloudPassage.

Fidelis Cybersecurity, a provider of enterprise network security services designed to protect sensitive data, completed the acquisition of CloudPassage, a provider of cloud security and compliance platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of CloudPassage extends our vision to unify endpoint, network, cloud and deception in a single platform so our customers can detect and respond to adversaries earlier in the attack lifecycle. Adding the CloudPassage team and technology raises the bar in Active XDR. Not only can our customers get out in front of adversaries across hybrid environments, but they can now increase the cost and complexity to the adversary by incorporating deception technology," Anup Ghosh, Fidelis CEO.
