JR Resources agreed to merge with Dakota Territory Resource, a Nevada Corporation with offices located at Lead, South Dakota. "The merger between Dakota Territory and JR Resources combines the assets and talents of the two companies and we believe will enable Dakota Gold Corp. to unlock the mineral value of its assets for its shareholders.
