Visma to acquire Ecare.

Visma, a European provider of cloud business solutions, agreed to acquire Ecare, a specialist in healthcare information technology. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Ecare is a special organization: we make solutions that always check whether what is requested actually supports the healthcare professional in her work.
