Battery Ventures-backed Clubessential completed the acquisition of Exerp from Technogym for $53m.

Battery Ventures-backed Clubessential, a provider of membership and club-management solutions to the private club, completed the acquisition of Exerp, a Danish company active in club members management software, from Technogym, a company that designs, manufactures, and sells fitness equipment and solutions, for $53m.
