REMIRA to acquire Outperform.

Synopsis

REMIRA, a provider of intelligent software solutions for the entire value chain, agreed to acquire Outperform, a Dutch supply chain specialist. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Outperform's industry-specific solution expertise and, in particular, its extensive know-how in the food industry are ideal additions to our existing product portfolio," Reiner Angermeier, REMIRA Chief Product Officer.
