Ceres Pharma completed the acquisition of ABOPharma.

Ceres Pharma, a pharmaceutical company, completed the acquisition of ABOPharma, a marketing and sales company active in food supplements and medical devices in Bulgaria. Financial terms were not disclosed. "I am extremely happy that we have come to an agreement with ABOPharma.
