Platinum Equity, an investment firm, agreed to acquire Game Taco, an online skill-based game tournament platform, and WorldWinner, an online platform that enables individuals to play games, from Sony Pictures Entertainment-backed Game Show Network, a company specializing in game show entertainment across multimedia. Financial terms are not disclosed.
