Pine Gate Renewables completed the acquisition of Horne Brothers Construction to form a new company.

Pine Gate Renewables, a fully integrated utility-scale solar company, completed the acquisition of Horne Brothers Construction, a provider of grounding, material warehousing, civil construction, installation, tower and site maintenance services, to form a new company called Blue Ridge Power. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We look forward to a long and prosperous partnership with the team at Blue Ridge Power to execute our solar construction projects across the country," Ben Catt, Pine Gate Renewables CEO.
