BayWa completed the acquisition of Solid Power Distribution.

BayWa, a provider of trading, logistics and supplementary services in its core segments of agriculture, building materials and energy, completed its acquisition of Solid Power Distribution, a Czech solar wholesaler. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The Czech solar market is starting to take off and with the acquisition of Solid Power Distribution, we are now ideally positioned. Together with our success in Poland, the Eastern European market is becoming increasingly exciting for BayWa and we see significant potential moving forward.
